Our History.
Uniqa began in 2017 as a venture with Dutch roots and Moldovan execution. The factory initially operated in the Netherlands, and in 2017 production was relocated to the Republic of Moldova, in the city of Ștefan Vodă, while preserving the original technology and standards.
Over more than 10 years of operation, we have delivered projects in the Netherlands, Germany, Romania, Ukraine, Spain, and Switzerland. The technology we use is patented and licensed in the Netherlands. We have completed projects ranging from 4-unit developments to residential projects with 85 units. We understand what it takes to deliver at scale and to execute successfully under complex logistical conditions.
