Uniqa was founded to build a manufacturing business at home in Moldova — one that could offer skilled specialists stable, well-organized work near their families, using modern production technology.
More than 100 completed projects have shipped from the Ștefan Vodă factory.
Today the factory in Ștefan Vodă produces prefabricated timber-structure panels and delivers them across seven European countries. The technology was developed in the Netherlands, and production follows defined technical standards, from material selection to in-factory quality control.

I wanted to build, at home, a company with stable, well-organized jobs for skilled people. Working abroad showed me how much standards, discipline and clear processes matter, and I brought that experience back to Moldova.
We set out to build correctly and consistently. The goal was an industrial model that stands alongside any European company. More than ten years on, that is what we run.
