Production under controlled indoor conditions.
Every panel starts with a C24 timber frame — calibrated and kiln-dried for long-term stability and strength. Depending on the project, we insulate with Rockwool, Steico or graphite EPS.
Layers are bonded by lamination and vacuum pressing for high dimensional stability and precise execution. Each panel is fully checked in the factory before delivery, and our capacity lets us run several sites in parallel with clear deadlines and predictable coordination.

Who & how we quote
We work mainly with real-estate developers, builders and partners on projects of at least 5 units. Each quote is calculated individually, based on:
- floor area
- panel type
- technical complexity
Production runs 30–60 days from order confirmation; delivery and assembly are coordinated directly with your team for a smooth fit into the site workflow.
Assembly & support
Assembly can be carried out by Uniqa crews, or jointly with your own teams. We also provide:
- technical support during the design phase
- adaptation to local regulations
- training for your assembly teams
Panels can be delivered with integrated windows and doors, prepared electrical runs and pre-installed sockets — for faster assembly and fewer interventions on site.
