Uniqa produces prefabricated timber-frame panels using technology developed in the Netherlands, at its own ISO-certified factory in Moldova. Every panel is engineered, cut and quality-checked in the factory, ensuring absolute precision from the first panel to the last.

Weather conditions, lack of coordination between teams and on-site improvisation are the main causes of delays. By building the panels in a controlled hall, according to a Dutch system, we move the most difficult part of the work indoors and give you a predictable, high-quality result, regardless of the scale of the project.
